We pack in two working days. What happens after that depends on where you are.
Within India

Orders placed before 2pm IST on a working day are usually picked the same day. Anything after that, or over a weekend, goes out on the next working day.
International

Import duties and local taxes are estimated at checkout and paid up front, so nothing is demanded on delivery. If we over-collect, we refund the difference.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment a parcel is scanned by the courier. If a tracking number has not moved for three working days, tell us and we will chase the courier rather than asking you to.
Packaging
- Garments go in an unbleached cotton bag, not plastic.
- Outer cartons are recycled board sealed with paper tape.
- No tissue, no branded filler, no printed inserts you would throw away.
- Everything in the box is either recyclable or reusable.
